Shipping and Pickup

Orders placed at shopGSEWNI.com ship from the Girl Scout store in Spokane, WA. We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day.

In-store pickup is available at both the Spokane and Pasco Girl Scout Stores.

Spokane: Orders are typically available within 2 business hours, if placed before 4pm Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be available the following Monday. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays.

Pasco: We will contact you when your Pasco In-Store Pickup is ready. Orders should be available for pickup the following business day, pending item availability.

Backorders and Pre-orders

When items are out of stock, you may still be able to order them as a pre-order. Pre-order and backorder items will ship as soon as possible. Any in-stock items on the order will ship immediately. Special order items take an average of 3 weeks to arrive - please contact us if you need to expedite an order.

Return and Exchange Policy

With a receipt or shopGSEWNI.com order number, items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund via the original payment method.

Items without a receipt are eligible for exchange only.

All items must be in new condition: clean and free of odor, unworn, with all tags, packaging, and/or labels still attached. Defective or damaged merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise, discontinued badges or books, or dated items.

Please contact the Spokane Girl Scout Store to initiate a return by mail. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns mailed back to the shop.
