Cadette LIA New Journey Award

As of October 1, 2026, Journeys are officially retired. Girl Scouts may still earn Journey and LiA awards, but they are no longer being produced and will no longer fulfill the prerequisite requirements for the Highest Awards. We have extremely limited quantities of Journey books and awards available while supplies last.

This award is earned by Cadette who mentor Girl Scout Brownies through a Journey award. For specific requirements, please use the Volunteer Toolkit.

Girl Scout badges, awards, and other insignia that are earned for the accomplishment of skill building activities or any set requirements should be presented, worn, or displayed only after Girl Scouts have completed the requirements outlined in the appropriate program materials.
