Sick of sewing on badges? Add the Heat Press Service to your uniform order, and GSEWNI staff will apply purchased badges, patches, and/or awards to your uniform for you.
Please read the following carefully.
The Single Award service is for adding one additional badge, patch, or award to your uniform. To add multiple, please purchase multiple of this item.
If you are purchasing your uniform for the first time and need the initial insignia applied, please purchase the Heat Press - Initial Uniform Set-Up.

All awards and badges will be placed according to the official GSUSA insignia placement guidelines. Fun patches will be applied to the back of the uniform starting at the bottom of the uniform. Work with a Girl Scout Store associate if you have special placement requests.
The Heat Press Service will add additional processing time to your order. We aim to have customized orders ready to ship or pickup within 5 business days.
By ordering this service, you have confirmed your custom design order and agree to the Terms and Conditions identified below. Custom order sales are final and ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
GSEWNI staff will follow a standard layout as follows:
• Badges, Earned Awards, and Insignia will be applied based on the approved uniform layouts from GSUSA. Badges and Journey awards will be applied from the bottom of the garment to the top of the garment.
• Fun Patches will be applied to the back of the garment and applied from the bottom of the garment to the top of the garment.
• Customer ordering the wrong size or style of vest, sash, or tunic.
• Customer ordering the wrong troop number.
• Not being able to heat transfer earned awards or patches that do not include adhesive backing.
• Damage to insignia, badges, earned awards, or patches that are already on the garment at time of order.
• Customer does not like the placement of insignia, badges, earned awards, or fun patches.
• Material damage to garment from adhesive backing.
• Damage to garments after delivery to the customer.
• Degradation of adhesive due to humidity, temperature changes, exposure to weather, and/or washing and drying the uniform.
• Insignia, badges, earned awards, or patches that have been picked at or pulled off a garment.
