The Program Aide award (for Cadettes) gives you hands-on experience leading younger kids through multiple activities and a full meeting. You’ll build leadership skills, connect across age levels, and discover the power of leading by example.

This new Program Aide award is replacing the current yellow pin. Girls who have earned or are working on their Program Aide award may continue to earn the original version, available while supplies last.
