Vests, Sashes, Insignia, and Pins for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts. All three levels wear the same khaki color with the same insignia.

When picking a vest or sash, think about style and space for badges. For older Girl Scouts, vests are more popular because they fit more on them. Ask your Girl Scout if she likes one more than the other. If you're still not sure, you can check with others in your Girl Scout's troop to see what they chose.

Girl Scouts may wear the same uniform from Cadettes through Ambassadors, but many get a new one between Cadettes and Seniors to have more space for badges and awards. Cadettes are in 6th-8th grade. Seniors are in 9th-10th, and Ambassadors are in 11th-12th. Your Girl Scout will need to be able to wear it over clothing, and sometimes over a hoodie or jacket. We recommend ordering at least one size up from what your Girl Scout currently wears in adult sizes.
